Shipping and Returns

All of our products are hand made with a dash of inspiration, a sprinkle creativity and our special sauce of love. Because of this wonderful process it can take anywhere between 8-10 working days to process.

If you have ordered a large amount of products during a busy period, (because you just couldn’t pick one favourite item), unfortunately this may take longer to process. But do not fret we will assist you as quick as we can.

If you need your order urgently please email us at info@annastone.com.au and place “URGENT ORDER” in the subject field.

returns policy

We have a 7-day returns policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cover any postage costs but we will always refund the item itself upon receipt, provided it is returned unused and in one piece and the refund has been approved.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@annastone.com.au. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Due to the handmade process of our business, the natural finish of products could slightly include air bubbles, uneven surfaces and minor imperfections. Please note these will not meet the requirement of your product being eligible for a refund. 

Unfortunately custom made products are non-refundable either.

international shipping 

Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping YET, but it is something we are definitely working towards.
